See below the description from the dustwrapper flap. Finucane was an Irishman who volunteered to fly with the RAF. He flew Spitfires in all his combat missions, but was drowned when his aircraft came down in the Channel after the radiator was holed by a lucky shot from a German machine-gun crew on the coast.
The book was later taken over by Crecy Publishing and reissued in 2014. It remains available, but only in paperback, at £10.95.
