Now out of print. The book’s lavish production standards and the use of heavyweight glazed paper to better reproduce the colour photos make it almost inconceivable the book would ever be reprinted.
Beware – this is a large and heavy book and would cost a good deal to send abroad. If you are outside the U.K. and are thinking about buying it, please email us first on email@example.com and we will quote a price for postage.
