MAKING INDIAN BOWS AND ARROWS

. . .The Old Way, New Edition, numerous illustrations from b&w photographs, line-drawings and diagrams, tables, glossary & index, vi & 98 pp, paperback, spine and edges of covers a little darkened, one page a little creased (apparently before being printed on – see picture below), otherwise in good usable condition, Eagle’s View Publishing Co. (Ogden, Utah) 1988

27.9 x 21.1 cm, 330g, ISBN 0 94360 421 4

The overall intention appears to be to use the bow for hunting game, which is certainly more in keeping with the British sense of fair play than using a high-velocity rifle.  See the description (below) from the book’s rear cover.

Amazingly, still in print at £9.00, though the author now calls himself Douglas Spotted Eagle.  Definitely no comment.
