Despite other booksellers claiming the book is still available new at £13.95, Airlife Publishing went out of business in the early 2000s, and its back-list was taken over by Crowood Books.  However, their website makes no mention of this book, and we conclude the book is out of print.  It is also out of print in the USA, where it was originally published in 1985.
