Originally published by Oxford University Press in 1971, and taken over by D.S. Brewer and reprinted.  Brewer’s own website says (and has said for some time) that the book, priced at an eye-watering £70.00, is ‘out of stock’.  We take that to be a euphemism for ‘out of print’.
